Peoria Chiropractor Dr. Tiffany Harris and Team

I suffered with low back pain for years when I was a teenager...

At that time, I was a competitive gymnast and without the care of my Chiropractor, I would have had to quit doing the very sport that I loved so much. I am forever grateful that I was introduced to Chiropractic at such an early age. This experience had a profound impact on my life and ultimately…my career choice.

Growing up, I knew that Chiropractic was great with musculoskeletal conditions. So when I started at Logan College of Chiropractic, my intention upon graduating was to focus on treating elite and collegiate athletes. Yet while attending Logan College, I learned that Chiropractic could not only help with pain relief but - by having a nervous system free from interference - that the body as a whole functions extraordinarily better. When I realized what the power of the chiropractic adjustment could do and in fact was doing, I chose to focus on care for the whole family. And I am so happy I did as I truly enjoy treating my patients who range from infants, to those in their golden years!

A little about my family…

My husband Doug and I were married in 2002 and he came with a wonderful little boy. Hayden is now eleven years old and such an amazing, full-of-life young man. He has been playing soccer since he was four and wants to be a professional soccer player (and if you need any sport statistic, he's the one to call)! In 2008 we were blessed to adopt our sweet little Sophia. She is truly a gift from God…full of smiles and giggles!!

I am thankful to have been able to treat the wonderful patients in Peoria, Glendale, and the entire Phoenix-area over the years and look forward to the opportunity to meet you in person and discuss your specific health challenge. Dr. Tiffany Asks some important questions of interest to Peoria residents - Chiropractor Peoria Dr. Tiffany Asks...

What are the two things drugs do?
Drugs can either speed up (laxatives, amphetamines, caffeine) a bodily process, or slow down (stomach antacids, sleep aids, antihistamines, muscle relaxers) a bodily process. Chiropractic care can produce the same results, but relies on the intelligence of the body. Chiropractors trust your body. Do you?
What is the significance of "growing pains?"
Chiropractors know that aches or pains at any age mean something's not right. In fact, many children go through stages of growth without aches or pains. So while "growing pains" may be common, they're not normal. That's why our Peoria chiropractic practice sees lots of children. A chiropractic checkup for your child can often help detect and correct problems that are more difficult to correct in Peoria adults.
