Thanks to Dr. Harris and her treatments, my lower back is pain free. For several years, I suffered from lower back pain, and sciatic nerve pain that would travel down my leg. I could not stand, lay or sit for any length of time without being in excruciating pain. I drive twenty-six miles, one way, to work and back every day. By the time I would get off work, or would arrive home, I could barely get out of my car. I tried epidural and facet joint injections which gave me only slight relief and only for a week or so. The pain was so intense I became less and less able to concentrate and perform my job. Then I discovered Dr. Harris and her spinal decompression treatment. Now my back is pain free. I get out of bed in the morning without thinking about how painful it's going to be just to stand up. Ten years ago I had a herniated disc in my neck. The pain was unbearable. I took lots of pain medication, spent over 2 ½ hours of surgery in the hospital, and stayed overnight. That was followed by two months of recovery at home with more pain medication…needless to say I was not able to work for close to three months. This past February as I was lifting a parcel, I went to set the package down and I felt my neck go 'crack', followed shortly by the strong sensation of pins and needles in my left arm. I was scared, especially after already having had surgery on my neck. This time I had a bulging disc in my neck. I was fortunate to get to Dr. Harris through a referral. The pain in my lower back was extreme. I thought I would have to take pain medication for the rest of my life. All my activities were put on hold including the one I love, golf. My pain level on a scale of 10 was a constant 10. I had trouble sleeping and was advised to have surgery to correct my problem. "I have only had two treatments and cannot believe the relief that I have had"

Fourteen years ago, I had to have disc surgery on my low back; there was no other option at the time. Approximately 18 months ago I started to have some low back issues and as time went on the pain became severe, since I am unable to take any muscle relaxants or pain pills my options are very limited. In the past 6-9 months, my limitations have become more than I feel a 46 year old should have. The past 30-45 days I have been unable to sit comfortably at my desk, walk at times, or even lie down because the pain would be excruciating.
