Your First Visit to Our Peoria Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel a part of our family

On the first visit, our patients are warmly welcomed to our office. Our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding…so make yourself at home. After arriving, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork so we can learn more about your health. Once your paperwork is complete, you will be given a tour of our office to become acquainted with our facilities and then you will be shown a short 5-minute video.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. Dr. Harris will talk to you about your health concerns, if it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem. If x-rays are necessary, they will be taken on site. Additionally, we usually perform some type of treatment on the first day.

We ask the patient to plan for 45-60 minutes in our office for their first visit.

Our patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. Tiffany Asks some important questions of interest to Peoria residents - Chiropractor Peoria Dr. Tiffany Asks...

How could a child benefit from chiropractic?
Regardless of our age, each of us in Peoria encounters physical, chemical and emotional stresses that exceed our ability to handle. For newborns, it could be the trauma encountered at birth. For toddlers it could be from learning to walk or ride a bike. Many of the problems we chiropractors see in adults are the result of neglected traumas from childhood.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
